Serves- 2 portions
Ingredients
Shitake Mushroom-250 gms
Cooking Oil-1 Tea Cup
Ginger paste- 1 teaspoon
Garlic Paste-1 teaspoon
Garam Masala-1 Table Spoon
Cumin Powder-1 Table Spoon
Coriander Powder-1 Table Spoon
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Method
· Take a large mixing bowl and mix all the spices together and add oil to it
· Then Mix it well and add the Shitake Mushroom cut into half or four to it
· Then let it rest for at least 1 hours (overnight is much better)
· Then grill it or simply cook in the pan and serve it hot
