How to cook Shiitake Mushroom Sekuwa ?

Prep Time: 1 hour

Cooking Time: 5 minutes

Serves- 2 portions


  1. Shitake Mushroom-250 gms

  2. Cooking Oil-1 Tea Cup

  3. Ginger paste- 1 teaspoon

  4. Garlic Paste-1 teaspoon

  5. Garam Masala-1 Table Spoon

  6. Cumin Powder-1 Table Spoon

  7. Coriander Powder-1 Table Spoon

  8. Salt & Pepper to Taste


· Take a large mixing bowl and mix all the spices together and add oil to it

· Then Mix it well and add the Shitake Mushroom cut into half or four to it

· Then let it rest for at least 1 hours (overnight is much better)

· Then grill it or simply cook in the pan and serve it hot
