Want to try Shiitake Mushroom Salad at home?

Cooking Time- 5 Min

Serves 2 portions as Meal itself


· Shitake Mushroom-250 gms

· Mixed or Organic lettuce -2 soup bowls

· Cooking Oil- 2 table spoon

· Garlic -2 Cloves (diced)

· Mayonnaise-1/2 cup

· Dry Herbs (Rosemary, Basil, Oregano)- 1 Teaspoon

· Lemon Juice- 1 teaspoon

· Salt & Pepper to Taste


· First wash the salad thoroughly and let it drain

· Then take a mixing bowl and add mayonnaise, mix herbs, salt, Pepper and Lemon Juice

· Then mix it well and let in rest inside or refrigerator

· In the meanwhile then heat the pan and add oil and garlic

· Once the garlic is golden brown then add mushroom and Sautee it till it releases water and becomes soft

· Then add salt and pepper to your taste

· On the other bowl mix the lettuce with the dressing step by step

· Then top with shitake mushroom

Your Shiitake Mushroom Salad is ready.
