Delivery & Shipping Policy
Our delivery service is available inside Kathmandu Valley only.
Deliveries are done from Sunday – Friday.
Standard Delivery: Delivered within 2-3 working days. Rs.50 is a service charge
Rush Delivery: Delivered within 24 working hours. Rs.100 is a service charge
*All orders should be worth Rs.500 or more to be eligible for delivery unless it is specified in the advertisements/marketing schemes.

Return & Refund Policy
About Our Policy
RETURNS - 7-day return policy
We are pleased to welcome you as a new customer. We always try to ensure that our products meet the expectations and quality you are looking for. But sometimes things go wrong or not as expected. If you're not 100 % satisfied with our products, we have 7-days return policy for non-perishable items only.
Perishable products like vegetables, fruits, cheese, milk, cheese, cakes, chocolates, frozen momos, meat, fish are not covered by any refund and exchange policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customers should present the bill as proof of purchase to return the product. Customers should visit our warehouse in Baluwatar to complete the return process. We are sorry for this.
REFUNDS - no physical damages or tampering are accepted
Once your return is received and inspected, we will get in touch with you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, our logistics team member will contact you to arrange a refund. We do not accept refund without the original receipt.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
REPLACE - applicable for same products
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
