JOB DUTIES
 

OPERATIONS ( 30%)

• Responding to customer support inquiries as quickly and accurately as possible via phone, chat and email.

• Manage, process, and track customer orders to ensure accuracy, and timely arrival of online orders (customer account management).

• Actively involved in pre-sales & post-sales support 

• Improve ECommerce Marketplace reviews and performance

• Proactively manage and maintain high customer satisfaction & logistics metric scores for our online store and Marketplace Channels.

• Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity

 

FINANCE & ACCOUNTS ( 70%)

• Processing work orders, supplier invoices, purchase orders, expenses claims, account payments, and payroll.

• Assisting the financial management team with credit control processes, budget planning, and expense analysis.

• Maintaining a digital record of all financial transactions, documents, and supplier information.

• Coordinating daily financial tasks with the financial management team to optimize workflow.

• Maintaining an organized and comfortable office environment, ordering office supplies, and updating inventory

 

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or accounts with preferably past experience in e-commerce 

• High levels of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.​

• Planning, execution and problem-solving skills are required. 

• Knowledge of  Google Drive & finance, accounts related software / POS
