Delivery & Shipping Policy

We are trying to deliver our products to all over Nepal . 

​Deliveries are done from Sunday – Friday.  ​​

Delivery charges and shipping time are as follows 

a) Inside RingRoad - Rs. 60 - within 1 business day

b) Outside Ring Road  -  Rs.100 - within 2 business days

c) Bhaktapur  - Rs.150 - within 2 business days 

d) Outside Kathmandu Valley - Rs.200 or more - within 3 days.

*There is no minimum order requirement.

FREE DELIVERY 

a) Inside RingRoad - for orders worth Rs.1000 or more 

b) Outside Ring Road  -  for orders worth Rs.2000 or more 

c) Bhaktapur  - for orders worth Rs.2000 or more 

d) Outside Kathmandu Valley - Rs.200 or more - within 3 days.  

CANCELLATIONS
To cancel your order, send us an e-mail to operations@kathmanduorganics.com or give us a call (+977 1 454-0130 or Customer Care - 985-122-0649)  or message us on Facebook. You will receive the confirmation of cancellation from us.
