Return & Refund Policy

About Our Policy

RETURNS
We are pleased to welcome you as a new customer. We always try to ensure that our products meet the expectations and quality you are looking for. But sometimes things go wrong or not as expected.

24 -hour return policy  -  if you have any issues with perishable and frozen products like vegetables, fruits, cheese, milk, cheese, cakes, chocolates, meat, fish, khuwa, cheese, we should be informed within 24 hours about it. We are sorry to inform you that complaints registered after 24 hours won't be addressed. 

7 -days return policy -  We have a 7-days return policy for groceries and other perishable items. We are sorry to inform you that complaints registered after 7-days won't be addressed.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customers should present the bill as proof of purchase to return the product. 

 

Return charges will be equivalent to the delivery service charges. 

REFUNDS - no physical damages or tampering are accepted
Once your return is received and inspected, we will get in touch with you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If your refund is approved, our logistics team member will contact you to arrange a refund. We do not accept refunds without the original receipt.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

REPLACE - applicable for same products 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
