You will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, including processing invoices, recording transactions, handling accounts payable/receivable, and assisting with bank reconciliations. The ideal candidate will help ensure our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial data entry.

  • Process supplier invoices and customer payments.

  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.

  • Help with GST/VAT documentation and filing.

 

Qualifications:

  • +2 or Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.

  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally).

  • Strong numerical and organizational skills.

Kathmandu Organics is looking for a proactive and organized Operations Associate to be the backbone of our daily activities. You will play a key role in coordinating between warehouse, delivery, and customer service teams to ensure smooth and efficient end-to-end operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily order processing, from receipt to dispatch and delivery.

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock in the warehouse.

  • Assign tasks to delivery associates and track order fulfillment status.

  • Act as a liaison between customer service and the operations team to resolve logistics issues.

  • Help maintain and improve operational procedures and checklists.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; prior experience in operations is a plus.

  • Excellent coordination and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.

  • Provide detailed information about product features and availability.

  • Process orders, track deliveries, and provide status updates.

  • Log and manage customer feedback and complaints.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Nepali and English.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic demeanor.

  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

Delivery Associate

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Associate to ensure our organic products reach customers promptly and in perfect condition. This role is crucial as you are the final and most visible representative of our brand.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute daily delivery routes efficiently.

  • Deliver products to customers' doorsteps in a timely manner.

  • Collect payments (cash and digital) and ensure accurate documentation.

  • Provide exceptional customer service during delivery.

 

Qualifications:

  • Physical fitness to handle and carry products.

  • Punctual, honest, and possess a strong customer-service attitude.

  • Valid driver's license for a motorbike/scooter.

  • Good knowledge of Kathmandu Valley routes.

We require a skilled and responsible Light Vehicle Driver (Car/Van) to support our logistics and delivery operations. The primary role involves transporting goods safely and efficiently across the city.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely drive a light vehicle for product deliveries and company errands.

  • Perform daily vehicle checks and ensure it is clean and well-maintained.

  • Assist loading and unloading goods as needed.

  • Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license for car/van with a clean driving record.

  • Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience.

  • Extensive knowledge of Kathmandu Valley's roads and traffic patterns.

Food Technologist - Consultant

Kathmandu Organics is seeking an experienced Food Technologist on a consulting basis to guide our product development and quality assurance. In this role, you will provide expert advice to help us innovate new organic products, improve existing ones, and ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise on product formulation, shelf-life studies, and packaging solutions.

  • Develop and review standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food safety and quality control.

  • Advise on compliance with national food safety standards and regulations.

  • Troubleshoot production issues and recommend improvements in processes.

  • Assist in the development of nutritional labeling and product documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.

  • 1+ years of practical experience in food product development or quality assurance.

  • Strong knowledge of food chemistry, microbiology, and preservation techniques.

  • Familiarity with DFTQC, FSSAI or similar food safety standards is preferred.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Note: This is a project-based consultancy role with flexible hours.
