It is made by mixing several medicinal herbs and spices, Ghee, edible gum, khuwa (thickened and concentrated milk), gud (jaggery), and groundnuts, seeds and dry fruits (almond, cashew, pistachio, coconut, dates, raisins etc). Battisaa powder (powdered mixture of 32 Ayurvedic herbs and spices) is another important ingredient of this superfood.
